Ocean views and beautiful surroundings are also offered from the private balcony. Within a short walk you will find Los Muertos beach and Mantamar Beach Club. The pool and jacuzzi will be closed for deep cleaning every Wednesday and remain closed until 1:00 pm. Upon check-in you will be asked to agree and sign a building consent form. A violation of building or house rules will incur a minimum fine of $100 USD. The rental rate includes a reasonable amount of KW for the use of everything electric in the condo for your comfort. Your limit could only be exceeded by leaving AC on when you leave the condo. No minors will be accepted as renters. Housekeeping, free of charge will be provided once every 10 days for stays over two weeks or longer.
