The space
Our location is smack dab in the middle of the city one block from the main drag . Half way to the Airport / Marina & the Romantic Zone / Downtown . Located on THE FLAT side NO EXHAUSTING HILLS TO HIKE

A 7 min ( 8 mins if you walk with a limp ) walk to the beach where you’ll find 2 or 3 shady , feet in the sand , beer and snack shacks !

One block from the MEGA Supermarket that sells EVERYTHING. Open 24/7

Directly across from the house is an Amazing bakery where you can get your Nosh On !

One block from the bus stop that will take you almost anywhere you want to go for 10 pesos

The FIRST FLOOR (containing the first 3 bedrooms ) has its own SEPARATE OUTSIDE ENTRANCE from the remainder of the house . Perfect for extended families stays where older adults can have some private space away from the kids .

Guest access
When you reserve the whole house you have access To ALL house areas , With the exception of linen closets or any cabinets you might find locked / SECURED during your stay

Should you stay be a length of time where you need fresh towels and bedding , the washers and dryers are there for your use

Additional cleaning service is available if desired at a fee . Ask our house manager about this service.

The rooftop pool is a DIPPiNG pool . It accommodates 7 people at one time . It is not a swimming pool or a hot tub /jacuzzi . It is a heated pool to take the chill off in winter months as needed .

Other things to note
1. WHITE towels are to be used ONLY to dry yourself from your showers . Not to be taken from the rooms . Towels are not to be used to clean or wipe dry the counters or floors or to remove makeup or wipe dirty feet. Each bathroom has a brown towel for feet drying and adult use .

We have COLORED towels on the roof deck for use at the pool or beach

2. The use of AIR CONDITIONERS is VERY expensive in Puerto Vallarta ( electricity in general ) so much so that many local Airbnb’s close for the summer months due to that utility bill surpassing 500 US dollars a month
We just ask you to use the AC when you are actually in the room . The wall units are very efficient . We request that they are NEVER kept running when you leave the house . Make sure all windows and doors are closed when AC is on
Our ceiling fans are Top of the line and do a great job of cooling the room down quickly .
We have AC in ALL bedrooms and Living-rooms. BUT … Electricity to power the Air-conditioning in Mexico is outrageously expensive . We request that you use the AC only at night IF needed after the ceiling fans are not enough … IF while using the AC you need to use a blanket .. then you are abusing the electricity and will possibly be charged an extra fee for the abuse .

3. Smoking of any nature is only permissible on the roof deck . Please take care of your butts USE ASH TRAYS not rubbed out on the tile or in flower pots !

4. We ask that only the number of registered guests staying under your reservation be in the house . No NON GUEST parties please! you will be subject to $ 100.00usd per non guest in the house, per day from your deposit

5. This is a PRIVATE HOME we open to select guests a few months out of the year . We ask that you treat my home and it’s belongings as you would you own .

6. We strongly advise you use the safe deposit box located in each unit to store your precious things and documents. We are not responsible for lost or presumed stolen items .

7. Guests are responsible for cleaning the roof terrace grill after use . Leave it as you found it
